  Visited the store today; i have shopped at No Frills for years. Today was was an experience with a very rude cashier named Carmelita. While checking out our order we were price matching cereal. Ir as an ordeal for this cashier that took it very personally to be very rude and let us know as well as everyone she spoke to on the phone when we asked to speak to a manager about the matter. The way she behaved she had to be related to someone within this franchise because she barked orders to the customer service manager, she barked at the Grocery manager. I was wondering who was in charge and why was it her mission to ensure that were not able to price match cereal. The only saving grace was the Assistant Manager, Craig, who spoke to us appropriately and provided us with a reason why it was not possible to price match the product that we showed in the flyer. If Carmelita is related to someone within Dave's No Frills I would be embarrassed to have her as a representative of their store. Does shopping at No Frills mean no frills customer service???
